TECHLITE® Insulation Systems are produced in 4-ft. lengths, consisting of two half-sections of precision-manufactured melamine foam with an engineered ship lap design. Depending on the insulation system required, surface jacket coatings can be fabricated and applied to the TECHLITE® surface for improving the mechanical properties or color-coded purpose.

®ISOGENOPAK is a special rigid PVC film for jacketing of insulated pipes. A dry, clean fitting is guaranteed. The inherent curl makes it the ideal material for quick and easy covering.

T-Tubes® are an advanced pipe insulation system specifically developed for process lines and equipment in cleanroom environments. They require no jacketing and have a temperature range of -112°F to 320°F (-80°C to 160°C) .
